A quick update

I was wrong. My life is still too hectic, and there's no end in sight. I've been cooking a little but trying to balance it with time and money concerns, so I keep going back and forth between wanting to cook good things but not having the time or money to do so. I did recently try making polenta, which I had never done (it's easy and yummy too!), but that's about it. I have a recipe for pumpkin muffins that I've been dying to try, but who knows when I'll get around to that. Right now I'm just trying to survive.
